Because it is the initial cornerstone that provides the future directions and primarily contextualises the subsequent Work packages, it is of the utmost importance to keep the information within the scope of the project up to date and to have access to reliable information. In this spirit, the outcomes and all of the information that was acquired will be utilised for the design of the curriculum, the digital tools, the implementation, the adaption, and the policy package.

Through the use of digital business, the goal is to bring attention to various pedagogical, educational, and methodological models for digital skilling in order to facilitate market and labour access. A needs assessment of the learning and training requirements of both the vocational education and training (VET) instructors and the unemployed and professionals in each country is another objective of ours.

This will not only result in the defining of the digital skills that will be targeted, but it will also lead to an in-depth examination and evaluation of the existing learning environments in the field of promoting such skills in order to determine whether or not they are suitable for learning and teaching.

In addition, as part of this study, we will conduct a data analysis and give proposals, allowances, recommendations, and guidelines for the establishment of an online training platform for digital skilling literacy that is user-friendly, customisable, and widely accessible.

In addition to defining the instruments for evaluation, validation, and recognition of abilities, the primary purpose of the work package is to establish the curriculum, contents, and outline of the Learning Modules. This includes distinguishing between different methodologies and pedagogical approaches. All of the findings from this Work Package will be incorporated into those deliverables. Each and every recommendation will be compiled into a guideline about the digital upskilling and entrepreneurial opportunities available to young people. The plan is to adhere to the bottom-up principle, which means that the instructional material will be derived from the actual experiences that are gained in the field. The solitary future will also provide the option of using the results of the project without significantly altering the content of trainings for other organisations. The activities that are included in the curriculum will be established through the collaboration, and all of the contents may be adopted into all youth organisations.

Two goals will be accomplished during the training:

• Provide the unemployed youth and professionals, as well as other groups, such as disadvantaged children from rural areas or children with poor levels of education, with the digital skills that are necessary to empower them.
• Make sure that young people have all of the fundamental skills and cross-disciplinary competencies that will allow them to respond effectively to the problems that digital business presents

For the purpose of creating curricular and multidisciplinary competencies concerning digital skills and entrepreneurship, the implementation of this approach will result in the creation of learning opportunities. Students' development of global digital skills will be supported and improved through the implementation of the educational model that has been proposed.

The partnership will develop and test the DigEnYou Training programme model, which is a peer learning experience that involves trainers and aims to share competencies and practices that are centred on digital business skills. This is a vital moment for transitioning from knowledge to competence. Through this procedure, the training of future professionals who are capable of dealing with vital things and tackling new issues in the corporate world will be ensured. The sample course that is being designed will be a total of three weeks long and will consist of twenty hours of instruction. After the outline of the training programme has been established, we will conduct a pilot training with two trainers from each institution in order to test and implement the training with fifteen young people from each partner. This will make it possible for us to obtain first impacts as well as first feedbacks, which will ultimately result in the implementation of the finalised version of the model, which will be made available on our platform to serve all individuals who are interested in following the validated and established model in order to implement the training package outcomes of this Work Package.
